DO YOU KEEP ANY ACTION FIGURES?
No, I'm a commercial customizer, I make figures to be sold. Can you imagine if I were to keep the more than
1500 figures I have made? They would occupy the entire house! I might own like 5 to 8 figures but the rest are all gone.
BUMMER! I WANTED THIS (OR THAT) FIGURE I SAW ON YOUR GALLERY. CAN YOU MAKE ANOTHER?
In most cases they can be made again. Not all figures are available due to the uniqueness of the parts/accessories
they were made of, but we will do the best to recreate something similar.
HOW MUCH DOES A FIGURE USUALLY COST? IS THERE A FIXED PRICE ON THEM?
Prices vary depending on the type of work that has to be done, there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to custom
action figures, that is why you need to tell me the exact character you want, as well as the scale and toy line/style you want the figure to be made in, so I can give you and exact quote
CAN I PROVIDE THE BASE FIGURE TO REDUCE COSTS?
ABSOLUTELY! I will be happy to help you reduce costs as much as I can.
DO YOU ANSWER ALL MAILS?
Yes, sometimes I have an assistant, but most of the times I do. Due to the high volume of mails it takes a bit sometimes.

DO YOU ACCEPT SPLIT PAYMENTS?
No, all figures must be paid in full and in advance. When we begun we had horrific stories with people who never paid us on time, and we
ended up auctioning the piece to cover costs. I also don't like to play bank, due to the dozens of orders we handle, it would be hard to keep track of who owes what.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
In the US we take Paypal and money orders. For international customers we take Paypal and Western Union.

Yes, we do combine shipping. We ship worldwide using First class mail.
Faster options are available ant an extra cost.
I employ acrylic paints that conform to the non toxic ASTM D-4236 standards. My choices vary depending on the job to be done, but my preferred
brands are Model Masters Acryl series, Tamiya (clears only), Formula P3, Games Workshop,etc. They all mix great between themselves.
DO YOU USE CLEARCOAT/SEALANT ON YOUR FIGURES?
That is a definitive NO. Clearcoats and sealants are CARCINOGEN (they cause cancer and/or birth defects) their molecules stay on the toy long
after the spray has evaporated. Do they protect against paint chipping? AGAIN, NO that is another myth in the customizing community. Here on HKC we are commited to give you
better and safer action figures. We wrote a full article on our blog. You can read the full article HERE ...you would be surprised at the amount of toxic chemicals in sealants.
DO YOU BOIL AND POP PARTS ON A FIGURE TO REMOVE THEM?
NO. That is another useless technique from the early caveman era of customizing. We never use boiling water since it degrades and deteriorates plastic
due to it's organic composition.
Our customers pay high dollar amounts for their figures, and as such, we cannot employ techniques that risk the integrity of the piece in the long run.
Boiling and popping (along with clear coating) are methods used in the early years of customization and were specially made famous in the now defunct Toyfare magazine. The hobbie has evolved since,
and will continue to do it, so some methods are better left in the past. We only use a heat gun or hairdryer to warm the parts and pop them out. No waste of water, no mess and no burns!
WHAT KIND OF SCULPTING MEDIUMS YOU USE?
I use seveal brands depending on the type of piece/part needed. But my favorite go to sculpt is Aves fixit sculpt.
Fixit is a 2 part apoxie that when mixed together leaves you 3 hours of working time. Is the best stuff out there!
I HAVE AN ORIGINAL CHARACTER THAT I CREATED MYSELF. CAN YOU MAKE IT INTO A FIGURE?
